  -Samsonide Solid Silane H2O
 
  Samsonide Solid Silane H2O is an Alkyltrialkoxy Silane, formulated as a non-drip thixotropic emulsion. It is a new concept that overcomes the problems associated with the use of liquid silanes.
 
       
  -USES:  
 

Samsonide Solid Silane H2O can be applied to any reinforced concrete surface (overhead, vertical or horizontal) without run off. Ideally suited to structures such as bridges and buildings which are exposed to the elements, particularly rain and salt water.

  -OUTSTANDING FEATURES:  
 
  • A proven way of protecting reinforced concrete from corrosion caused by water and chloride ion.
  • High viscosity and low volatility - easy to apply in hot or windy conditions.
  • Only one coat required, as opposed liquid silanes, which require 2 or 3 coats to achieve the same penetration - Cost and time saving.
  • Unlike liquid silanes, Samsonide Solid Silane H2O does not run off surfaces uncontrollably - No waste.
  • The material remains on and penetrates into the area it is applied to.
  • No damaging over-spray and contamination of waterways.
  • Samsonide Solid Silane H2O reduces the water and chloride ion absorption of concrete by over 88%.
  • Vertical and horizontal overhead application is easier as the product does not drip uncontrollably onto the operator and other surfaces.
  • The low runoff is especially valuable during the treatment of marine structures where it is vital not to pollute the marine environment.
  • The silane gel remains on the surface for up to 1 hour, ensuring deep and even penetration into the concrete.
  • The high penetration depths achieved are due to the low volatility of the silane gel, combined with the long contact time with the surface.
   
  -Samsonide Protectakote H2O
 
  Samsonide Protectakote H2O is a water-based environmentally friendly silane/siloxane/polymer emulsion impregnant, which has been formulated to impart excellent water repellency to a wide variety of mineral building materials.
The product is designed to penetrate into the first few millimetres of the surface and render the substrate water repellent. This water-repellent zone dramatically reduces the absorption of water borne salts, while still allowing the free passage of water vapour. The water-repellent surface will also impart self-cleaning and stain-resistance properties to the substrate.
Due to the water-based environmentally friendly composition of Samsonide Protectakote H2O, the release of hydrocarbon solvents during application is minimised during use. 		   
       
  -USES:  
  Samsonide Protectakote H2O is used as a barrier to the ingress of water in mineral building materials such as concrete, brick, blockwork, stone, mortar, render, grout and absorbent tiles. It significantly reduces damage such as efflorescence, erosion and spalling, which is caused by the ingress of water and water-borne salts into masonry materials.

-Samsonide Protectakote Sol
 
  Samsonide Protectakote Sol an alkali-stable siloxane-based impregnant for mineral building materials such as reinforced concrete and masonry. Its' composition, a siloxane in a hydrocarbon solvent, ensures deep penetration and high quality water repellency in even the most dense substrate. Samsonide Protectakote Sol impregnation protects against the penetration of water and salt, and therefore prevents reinforcement corrosion. It is an excellent impregnant for a variety of mineral substrates such as brick, blockwork, stone, mortar, render, grout and absorbent tiles.    
       
  -USES:  
 

Samsonide Protectakote Sol can be used on all concrete structures such as low and high-rise buildings, wharves and bridges to prevent chloride and water induced reinforcement corrosion.
